The Josa Drop Earring is a mid-sized earring featuring two rubberised flat discs and crafted from vibrant rubberised metal. A singular jump ring connects the two shapes, allowing for delicate movement. This statement earring is surprisingly light weight, making it the perfect addition to any outfit for an all-day statement. These earrings have standard titanium posts accompanied by brass butterfly backings. Choose from four vibrant colours: Vine Green, Space Blue, Shell Pink, or Flame.

Manufacturer: Qingdao SM Crafts (Qingdao, China)

This style was made by Korean company Cielo Sereno at the factory that they work with, located in Qingdao, China. Cielo is owned and operated by Eun Hee Kim who we know as Olive. She is an incredible, creative woman with a young family. Olive established her business in 2004 after she graduated from Central Saint Martins School of Fashion in London. 

As they operate as an agent for us, we actively work with Olive and her team to improve the ethical and environmental operations of the factory. The factory is a member of Worldly's HIGG platform, and has completed the first steps of recording their energy, water, waste and chemical impact. The factory also undergoes regular SMETA social compliance audits, which are conducted by a third party and provide transparency into worker wellbeing and wages. Olive works directly with the factory each month conveying our designs and ensuring our vision is brought to life.
