The Spathiphyllum wallisii is native to tropical regions of the Americas and southeastern Asia. Commonly called Peace Lily, White Sails or Spathe Flower. This variety of Spathiphyllum wallisii, Sweet Chico is a compact variety and is regarded as one of the most popular indoor plants because it is very easy to grow and very forgiving of neglect. The Sweet Chico has beautiful lush dark green leaves and its crisp white lily looking flower. The Sweet Chico grows well in bright indirect sunlight but will also grow well in low light and will flower in those conditions too, there is almost no position in your house where one will not grow! If you see the leaves yellowing it's getting too much direct sunlight. The Sweet Chico do like to have a bit of a drink in summer but on the other hand, they will tolerate drying out too! If you forget to water your plant give it a soak in a bucket so it is fully saturated, let it drain and it will perk up. The Sweet Chico suits a wide range of uses including indoors, Offices and green walls.
